Show your Skin some Love!!

Show your Skin some Love!!

Step #1: Hydration (because water is the answer to everything)

Yes, we understand that the first thing a caffeine enthusiast like you would want to reach out to in the morning is a steaming hot cup of black coffee (or tea). But first things first; what you need in the morning is a tall glass of water. Hydrating, as what’s told by everyone, is a very important step for glowing and flawless skin. Not just in the morning, but make sure that you drink sufficient water throughout the day to keep your skin healthy all the time.
Step #2: Fetch those joggers, will you?

Again, exercise is the answer to a lot of things. It does not just promote overall wellness but also ensures the health of your skin. The logic behind this is that any form of high-intensity physical activity rids your body of all the toxins and promotes healthy skin.

Step #3: Wash your face

Why? Well, simply because you have slept all night and after that much amount of time, it is natural for oil, dirt and sweat to build on your skin. Taking it further, no matter what skin type you have, use a mild face wash. And lastly, even if you have oily skin, use a moisturising cream (gel based), because locking some moisture in the skin will help you have glowing skin all day.
Step #4: Exfoliate, but very gently

Exfoliation is common, everyone does it, but gentle exfoliation is what you should aim for. You can either use a scrub or a face brush to gently get rid of all the dead skin cells on your skin. Be very gentle because the last thing you want instead of a glowing skin is damaged, irritated skin that screams help!
Step #5: Block the sun

No, don't block the sun by wrapping a scarf all over your face, that’ll be crazy because after all, you do need a little dose of vitamin D. But do incorporate some SPF in your skincare routine. Prolonged exposure to the sun can actually cause damage to the skin.

Pro tip: Apply sunscreen a good 30 mins before stepping out of your home for best results.
These basic things will go a long way and you will enjoy skin that is healthy, glowing and flawless!
